Q. How will I find my driver if I am being picked up at the airport?

A. If you are set up for curbside service, just call 1-866-546-6496 upon arrival and dispatch will direct you to where you can meet your driver.

If you were set up for baggage claim meet and greet service, your driver will be holding a sign with both our company logo and your name clearly printed on it. We understand that airports can be hectic at times – if you are having trouble finding your driver, please call us immediately and we will make sure that the problem is resolved.

Q. What amenities can be found in your limousines?

A. Our entire fleet of limousines are equipped with televisions, DVD players, VCRs, and state of the art audio systems. Hands-free intercoms and privacy dividers are also available.

Q. What is the standard gratuity for a chauffeur?

A. The industry standard is 20% of the total fare. Of course, you are welcome to tip as you see fit.

Q. When should I reserve a limousine for a wedding?

A. It's best to contact us as soon as you set the date for your wedding. A good guideline is to reserve your limousine the same day that you reserve your reception hall. Remember that the months of April, May, June, September, and October are popular for wedding dates. If you are booking a date during those times, make sure you do so as early as possible.

Q. When should I book a limousine for a prom?

A. Most proms and weddings are in the spring, so this tends to be a very busy time of year. It's important to make your prom reservation early – as soon after the prom date is known. We'll make every accommodation to meet your needs, but your prompt action is the best insurance for securing the date you want.

Q. What additional fees might be added to my airport ride?

A.
  • Early pick up fee (before 5:30 AM)
  • Late arrival fee (past 11:00 PM)
  • Extra stop within the same city or in another city
  • Wait time (after the 10-minute courtesy waiting time)

Q. How do I open an account?

A. For Individuals and Corporate Accounts using credit cards:

Please print the credit card authorization form, fill it in and follow the instruction in the form, and fax it back to the fax number listed. Once we receive your form we'll open your account whether it is an individual account or corporate one and we'll notify you with your account number to start referencing to it in the reservations you place. Your account will be set up and ready for you to use in a few hours after we process your application.

For Corporate wanting Direct Billing:

Direct billing means paying by company checks on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. This option is only available for corporate accounts and will be phased in 3 months after using the credit card account. Minimum average spending of $1000.00 per month is required to qualify for direct billing option.

Q. Do I need to have an account to use Noble Limousine?

A. No, we will be happy to accept a reservation with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, or Discover card.

Q. What is your policy on employee background checks?

A.Yes! Upon authorization, we conduct background checks for all applicants before extending an offer of employment.

We also conduct two additional mandatory checks for all applicants (pre-offer):

  • DMV record print out (all our drivers have zero traffic violations in the past three years)
  • Alcohol and drug test (mandatory requirements by the State)

Drug and alcohol tests are also performed randomly every month during the course of employment.

Q. Do I need to tip the driver?

A. Our rates include a 15% gratuity. However, if you would like to acknowledge excellent service by adding an extra tip, that is completely at your discretion.

Q. Can I pay cash for my trip?

A. Yes, cash payments are accepted. However, we still require that you provide credit card information when you make your reservation.

Q. What is your Airport pick up procedure?

A. For all airport arrivals we continuously check for updates on your flight's actual arrival time. Rest assured that we will know if your flight is delayed for several hours or arriving early.

Once we get your flights actual "Estimated Time of Arrival" (ETA), your chauffer will be waiting for you accordingly.

1- SFO Airport Pick up Procedure:

Meet & Greet option:

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you with a name sign at the baggage claim or right outside customs if you're arriving from an international flight. The chauffeur will assist you with luggage, escort you to the car, and drive you to your drop off destination.

Curbside pick up option:

Your chauffeur waits in the airport parking garage until your plane has landed. Once you collect your luggage and call our dispatch center, the driver is notified. You will be instructed exactly where to wait on the curbside for your chauffeur to pick you up momentarily. Average waiting time for the vehicle from the time you call is 4-5 minutes.

2- SJC Airport Pick up procedure:

Meet & Greet Option:

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you with a name sign at the baggage claim or right outside customs if you're arriving from an international flight. The chauffeur will assist you with luggage, escort you to the car, and drive you to your drop off destination.

SJC does not permit curbside pick up as it is prohibited by airport authority for commercial vehicles.

3- OAK Airport pick up Procedure:

Meet & Greet Option:

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you with a name sign at the baggage claim or right outside customs if you're arriving from an international flight. The chauffeur will assist you with luggage, escort you to the car, and drive you to your drop off destination.

Curbside pick up option:

Your chauffeur waits in the airport parking garage until your plane has landed. Once you collect your luggage and call our dispatch center, the driver is notified. You will be instructed exactly where to wait on the curbside for your chauffeur to pick you up momentarily. Average waiting time for the vehicle from the time you call is 4-5 minutes.

4- San Jose Jet Center , San Jose ACM Aviation, SFO Signature Aviation & all other Bay Area private airports:

Just provide us with your private Jet tail number and your car will be waiting for you the minute your jet touches the ground.
