• Package prices do not include License fee and surcharges (10 %) gratuity (20 %) , tolls & Parking ..etc
• Additional times added will be charged on one hours increments (there is no half hour charge)
• For packages reservered and confirmed there will be 35% non refundable deposits for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to reservation date
• If cancellation occurred in less than 72 hours there will be 100% charge
• All packages reserved will be confirmed after we receive the signed rental contract by fax or get an image of the signed contract as an e mail attachment
• All rates quoted are for jobs that will start within 25 miles radius from our closest office, if starting point is from further distance, travel time charges may apply
• All reservation requests made online are subject to availability
• Online reservations for packages must be made at least 48 hours in advance. reservations for the same day will be accepted by phone only (if available)
• Reservations are only confirmed after we receive your request for service and we reply back to you either by e mail , fax or phone. If you don't hear back from us, your reservation is not confirmed.
• Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability only.
• Package prices are not applicable or excluded on special occasions (New Years eve,New Years Day, Thanks giving, Christmas eve & Christmas Day)
